A Night with Mark Olive, a Bundjalung man from the Northern Rivers of NSW, brings over 30 years of cooking experience and a millennia of Indigenous storytelling and tradition to this incredible dinner on Sydney Harbour.
 Set against the everchanging Vivid backdrop and a kaleidoscope of colour, this fusion of inspiring creations, neon lights and a myriad of colourful entertainment offers food lovers an opportunity to experience the flavours of Australian Indigenous cuisine.

Mark will excite tastebuds and educate diners as he explains the nutritional and medicinal properties found in many of these unique Australian ingredients, acknowledging and paying respect to the rich heritage of our First Nations People.
