I’m so excited to be back at the Taste Bundaberg Festival this year!
I’ll be at the ‘Let The Night Be Gin’ event, a sunset cocktail soiree to launch the 10 day festival. There will be a selection of producers, chefs and restauranteurs in attendance enjoying deconstructed samples of festival hero dishes accompanied by locally brewed and distilled beverages. Guests will be entertained with up-close and personal encounters with an assortment of wildlife in the unique setting at Alexandra Park Zoo.
I’ll also be hosting a Masterclass, so that you can expand your knowledge of native Australian ingredients and enjoy a few hours with yours truly! For those in the industry, I'll also be participating in panel, discussing the implications, opportunities and challenges when evolving from a food bowl to a culinary destination.
You can also catch me on stage at the Taste Bundaberg Market doing cooking demonstrations too.
