2010 KBN Dardi Awards

2009 Dardi Award winnersOn Monday 24 May, Black Olive Catering hosted the second annual 2010 Koori Business Network’s Dardi Victorian Aboriginal Business Excellence Awards.

The Dardi Awards represent the pinnacle of Victorian Aboriginal Business, providing a launching pad for winners and nominees alike to take their businesses to the next level.

The four award categories were:

  1. Outstanding Victorian Aboriginal Small Business Award
  2. Victorian Aboriginal Community Enterprise Award
  3. Young Victorian Aboriginal Entrepreneur Award
  4. Outstanding Victorian Aboriginal Business Leadership Award

The Koori Business Network proudly announced the winners of each business category during the night, where acclaimed singer/songwriter Richard J Frankland and his band, The Charcoal Club, entertained the crowd. Amongst the guests was Joe Helper MP, Minister for Small Business. The night was a great success, with each award category recipient receiving a grant from a range of sponsors.
